Function findPrunableTraces

findPrunableTraces(traces, now, config?): string[]
Identify traces that have decayed below the pruning threshold. These should be soft-deleted (isActive = false).
Parameters
- traces: MemoryTrace[]
- now: number
- config: DecayConfig = DEFAULT_DECAY_CONFIG
Returns string[]
